We currently deliver across Morocco. If your address falls outside the areas we’re able to service, we’ll let you know before your order is confirmed.
Shipping fees
Delivery is free on every Tinayoor order, with no minimum purchase required.
Preparing your order
Once your order is confirmed, please allow 1 to 2 days for us to carefully pack and prepare it for delivery.
This timeframe may occasionally be extended during collection launches, promotional periods or public holidays.
Delivery times
Once shipped, delivery usually takes 2 to 3 business days, depending on your city and the courier’s schedule. These are estimated times and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.
Your delivery details
Please make sure the name, address, city and phone number you provide at checkout are complete and accurate, this is what allows our courier to reach you. Tinayoor can’t be held responsible for a delay or delivery issue caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
If you notice a mistake after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at tinayoorservice@gmail.com. We’ll do our best to correct it before your order ships, though we can’t guarantee a change once it’s been handed to the courier.
If you’re unavailable
If you aren’t available when the courier arrives, a further delivery attempt will usually be made.
If we’re unable to reach you after 2 delivery attempts, the order may be returned to us. We’ll contact you to arrange the next steps.
If something arrives damaged or incomplete
Please check your parcel when it arrives. If it’s damaged, incomplete, or something isn’t right, contact us as soon as possible at tinayoorservice@gmail.com. with your order number and, if possible, a photo. See our Return & Refund Policy for how this is handled.
Parcel not received
If your order shows as delivered but you haven’t received it, contact us at tinayoorservice@gmail.com.
Payment
We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD). Payment is made directly to the courier when your order arrives.
