Orders
When you place an order, we will send you an order confirmation using the contact details you provide.
An order is subject to product availability. If a piece becomes unavailable after your order is confirmed, we’ll let you know as soon as possible and refund any amount already paid for it.
We may decline or cancel an order in certain situations, for example, suspected fraud, clearly incorrect order details, a payment issue, or an unresolved dispute on a previous order.
Pricing errors
If a price is displayed incorrectly due to a technical or input error, we may cancel the affected order and refund any amount already paid, before the order is prepared for shipping.
Prices
All prices on our website are shown in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD). Delivery within Morocco is included unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to update prices, but the price applicable to your order is the price shown at the time your order is placed.
Payment
We currently accept Cash on Delivery, as described in Shipping & Delivery.
Our pieces
Tinayoor pieces are made and finished by hand. Small variations are part of the making process, and are not considered defects when they don’t affect the use or quality of the product.
Limited collections
Our collections are produced in limited quantities and are not automatically restocked once sold out.
Product information
We make every effort to represent our products accurately through our photographs, descriptions and measurements.
Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen and settings.
Intellectual property
The content of this website, including photographs, written content, product designs, graphics, logos and other brand elements, belongs to Tinayoor unless otherwise stated.
It may not be copied, reproduced, modified or used commercially without our prior permission.
